The Best Way to Kick of Summer is with Gibbons & Toki

DGR RUN OF THE DAY

DISTANCE: 5.5 km DURATION: 1 hour 7 minutes

The first official day of summer arrived today and I was excited to get to share it with Gibbons and Toki! The girls had been away for the last little while, so we were all happy to see each other and get back outside together. Gibbons was very eager to reassert her presence around the neighbourhood and let everyone know she was back in her territory. Accordingly, we spent our fair share of time scouting out every nook and cranny we came across,.  Of course, Gibs had to mark everything as her own territory before we moved on. Toki was a bit groggy at first, as she was still shaking off the effects of her road trip meds, but she was her usual self in no time. By the end of our run, her tail was wagging away and she was ready to keep on playing once we returned home. Great job today girls! I can’t think of a better way to kick off the summer than a run with two good vizsla pups! The Scoop: 3 pees for Toki and a zillion for Gibbons. No poops today.
