Slitherin' up stairs

Today was not about distance. We ran yesterday (we don't usually run back to back days), so I thought it was a good idea to cross train and do some stairs today. Ria "slithered" up the first set of the curling club stairs so I knew she was NOT in favour of that idea. It might have been that the stairs were busy and she didn't want to show off! (RunKeeper was accidentally stopped when I took her picture on the stairs so we have two maps for our run today.) We also visited with a new dog- friend called Quincy so I think Ria was happy to get some socializing in today too. She pooped twice.
