Every day is like a box of chocolates

Some runs are all about speed, distance and channeling that inner gladiator in all of us. Well,.......today was not that day for Abby & Reilly and myself - it was no marshmallow day either. I think a better label would be a "Chillaxin" Run, slow and steady and that style has its benefits too😊 We ran a new trail in the coulee which was cool because I thought we had hit all of them. We walked over the bridge where at the end of it Abby laid down and grazed on the grass while Reilly drank everyone's water. We hit the off-leash which was at a rock steady pace and then proceeded to walk up the hill. So we fit the run to our mood🌞. At the last 750 meters I challenged a sprint home but Abby & Reilly engaged for a minute and then it was back to "Chillaxin". Everyday is like a box of chocolates - always good for you but the flavor is a mystery until you bite into it. The Doggy Business: Abby 1 & 1 and Reilly 2 poops and 11 pees.
