I haven’t seen these two for a little while and was very excited on my drive over! Lucy and Nikita gave me such a warm welcome that it made my day!😊 Lucy was the leader today, Nikita was mostly interested in how much bunny poo she could find (it was a lot😆). These gals were up to their usual antics. It’s just a little hard to play when you're on the shackles.... until they weren’t! 😳 My friends took me by surprise and suddenly took off! My butt was on the ground and the girls had the leashes, my phone, my keys and let’s not forget about the treats!!!😂 The leash broke! All was good they didn’t get far. Lucy and Nikita really have something against magpies.....😁 Once we all got back our composure, the three of us happily carried on back to the abode. Thanks for another exciting adventure ladies! Approximately 3 pees each today (no poops) Cheers! See you tomorrow.

Today started with a huge party! Nikita and Lucy met me with bounds and barks and prances when I walked in the door. They were so excited to go that I almost had to chase Lucy down to get her halter on! We set off to their usual park and boy, was it busy! Everyone and their dog was out enjoying the beautiful day, so it was an exciting run for all three of us. I then tried to get some nice Christmas photos of them for their owners, but whenever I brought my phone out, Nikita and Lucy immediately got bored and kept wandering off or looking away. That's ok though! The goal of every run is to make sure these girls can get outside, burn off some energy, and have fun. I think all three goals were met today - especially the last one. Thanks for another great run girls! I'll see you both in the new year. Nikita had 2 pees and 1 poop. Lucy had 4 pees and 1 poop.

Today's run was super playful! Nikita was at my side and heels for most of it; just grinning up at me. Lucy was all over the place trying to get a good angle to attack Nikita. Their favourite part was when they found a small stick and teased each other with it. I was a little cold from getting all sweaty with the other Lucy, but I soon warmed up, and my favourite part was being able to play around with Nikita and Lucy! Thanks girls! Lucy had 3 pees and Nikita had 1 pee. No poops to report.

Today was a perfect run! The weather was perfect, the pathways and sidewalks were perfect, and Nikita and Lucy were perfect! They were in the mood to run, so much so that their tussles were at a run all around me! We went to see some ducks in the Country Hills pond, which was very exciting for Nikita. Lucy loved all of the 'doggy message boards' AKA yellow snowbanks along the way. It was a fun, fast jaunt through the neighbourhood and I think they had as much fun as I did. Thanks for a great run girls! Lucy had 6 pees. Nikita had 3 pees.

Today I should have worn skis because Nikita and Lucy were ready to run flat out as hard as they possibly could down the snowiest alleyways and paths they could find. They kept trying to include me in their tussles, so we must have made quite the scene with the two of them growling and prancing around me while we ran. These two girls were awesome when we passed a big field full of geese, but took me on a detour right when I was about to take them home because Nikita saw a cat. It was all good though! A little extra exercise is what these two needed. I had a great time, and enjoyed their antics quite a lot. Thanks Nikita and Lucy! 3 pees for each.

Today Nikita and Lucy were less in the mood to run, and more in the mood for a leisurely jog and sniff tour of Coventry Hills. Nikita and I also had another breakthrough and she let me pet her inside her house! She felt a little crowded the other day, so today I was thrilled when she came right up to me with calm, happy eyes. These girls were stars, as always. We enjoyed the warm weather, and they enjoyed all the snow breaks. It wasn't a very strenuous run, but by the time we got home, both girls were happy and tuckered out. It was a wonderful way to spend an hour. Thanks girls! Lucy - many pees (at least 7), no poops. Nikita - 4 pees, no poops.

Today the warm weather put some spring in Nikita and Lucy's steps as we did our longest and fastest run to date together. Nikita had some opinions on where we should go, so Lucy and I went along for the ride. We had a great time exploring Harvest Hills, and Nikita and Lucy enjoyed putting some miles on. They had many tussle sessions in snowbanks, and whenever we passed a yard with lots of trees in it, Nikita had to watch for a minute, just in case there was a squirrel. They definitely earned an afternoon nap today! Thanks for a FANTASTIC run Nikita and Lucy! Two pees each, no poops.

Today I took Nikita and Lucy out for a pee break, and we had a really positive time together! Both girls were in the mood to run, so we made some pretty good tracks through their park. I had to stop them to try to get photos, otherwise all the pictures would be blurry running and tussling! Nikita's favourite part was hunting for bunny pellets, and Lucy's was chewing on Nikita's ear while she tried to hunt! It was short but sweet, thanks girls! Can't wait to run with you again! 2 pees for both. No poops.

Today I was reunited with Nikita and Lucy! I wasn't sure if Nikita would remember me, but my worries were for nothing as she warmed up to me quickly and we were able to get out and going right away. Today's run was characterized by sprints, constant and seemingly never ending tussles, and many many treat and belly rub 'strikes'. I was happy we were able to make 6K at all! Nikita let me rub her belly several times, which warmed my heart. The trust rescue dogs have with people is amazing. I had a great time with these two! I can't wait to see them again! Thanks Nikita and Lucy! Nikita: 2 pees Lucy: 2 pees and 1 poop.

Hello Ladies! I missed these two little poopers and judging by the greeting I got they were happy to see me too! 😊 Well, in my head that’s what I think😬. Lucy and Nikita were up to their usual entertainment but this time when we got to the green space they decided to do a little plane watching. The sky’s were busy today with those big metal birds and the three of us sat on the side of the hill for a while and stared contently.🤷🏿♀️ After we snapped out of it. the gals played and ran around until it was time to head on back to the ranch. Thanks for just being you, Lucy and Nikita! Good to have you back! 1 poo for Lucy, none for Nikita, and about 4 pees each. Cheers!

Today Nikita and Lucy did not have their eyes on the prize - running that is. Instead, they very thoroughly investigated every inch of our loop, and made sure they got a tussle in every half km. They were very excited to roll in the snow and dig for bunny droppings. Also, Nikita came up for pets for the first time with me today! She is such a lovely girl! She and Lucy tried their best for the last km to get me to join in their play which was very sweet of them. Next time girls! Lucy peed 4 times and pooped once. Nikita peed 3 times and pooped once.

Hello Ladies! The gals and I headed out quickly but as usual there comes a point in our first half a block when Lucy decides she needs a snack and Nikita always thinks this is a fantastic idea!😂 Your wish is my command! We then hit our favourite spot for a little romp’n, roll’n, sniff’n and stroll’n! It was a real pleasure today ladies. Thanks for hanging with me on this less than stellar day (brrr) 😬. 1 poo and 4 pees for Lucy; 3 pees for Nikita today. Cheers!

Hey girls! How are you? Awesome was their answer, in very clear body language. We headed out to our usual spot where Nikita and Lucy can let their zoomies out. We then carried on and discovered a new route. Actually, it’s a route I’ve looked at many times as you can see these paths from the green space we frequent. It was fabulous! We visited the pond, a giant boulder, and wide open paths. The whole time, the big sky above made us feel we were way out in the country. We followed the train tracks before bushwhacking our way back to Nikita and Lucy’s side of the tracks. What a fun noontime run!! Thanks girls! Scoop: both girls pooped. Nikita had two pees, Lucy had four.

Hello ladies! These two poopers were full of beans today and couldn’t wait to get outside and let loose!😆 So we headed to our favourite green space and the gals went wild! Lucy and Nikita covered almost every inch of that field. Clearly, they had some energy to burn as they were checking out every gopher hole with high hopes... Sorry gals, not until next spring!😆 They then were obsessed with a magpie that finally clued in and flew away. After that, my friends were pooped so the resting and relaxing began.🙃 Once they were able😜, we headed on back to the comforts of home. Thanks for the Halloween Party ladies! Pleasure as always! 1 poo and 3 pees for Lucy; 4 pees for Nikita today. Cheers! Have a SPOOKTACULAR Halloween!

Today, I ran with Nikita and Lucy. It started with a bit of trickery to get Nikita to want the leash, but with Lucy's help we convinced Nikita to come run with us. The aim of the run was to get to know one another, go check out some favourite spots, and have a positive experience for the three of us. These two girls are dreams on leashes. Nikita kept us on track and found our way back when we got a little off track, and Lucy happily trotted along, just enjoying the day. I'm so happy they enjoyed themselves, and I hope they're enjoying their well earned nap! Pee count: Lucy = 5, Nikita = 4 No poops.
