I’m back Lexus!! It was great to be back with such a happy girl for lunch. When I first arrived it appeared Lexus was having some issue with her left eye. We contacted Mom to let her know. Enough of this medical stuff, lets play. Outside, we chased the ball and jumped around. Lexus has this prance/dance she does when she is trying to catch you and she has the ball in her mouth. We spent the remainder of our time after lunch dancing about. I hope to see you real soon Lexus. The Doggy Business Report: 1 & 1.
Well well, aren't you a beauty Miss Lexus!! I was greeted at the door by a lovely and energetic pup. Lexus and I played & goofed around in the backyard for a bit and then it was Lunch Time. In a nanosecond it was consumed. ’Come on Michelle, let's go and play some more.’ We spent some more time in the sun and playing with the ball. The Doggy Business Report: 1 long pee & 2 poops.

Woah! Did we ever had fun! What can I say? Last minutes plans are often the best! As Lexus needed a friend to spend the afternoon, I managed to organize a play date with Marley and go for a nice hike on Powderface. The weather was lovely and the trails had a lot of shady options as well as a very refreshing stream near by. Everyone ended up hiking at a slow pace to the top, I even thought to myself that those pups were too quiet and maybe they were up to something.. haha! And they sure were, the way down ended up to be a constant race, pushing each other, running in the stream, playing hide and seek.. they had a blast! I ended up bringing home some very tired and happy puppies! Lexus had her diner at about 7:15 p.m. She went out again for an other pee and poo. During hike Lexus had 2 poos and 3 pees.

Cuteness overload! Meet newest DGR pup, Lexus. Lex is a 14 week old Swiss Mountain Dog who will be joining DGR is a few weeks. We did a loop near the Crescent Height stairs and worked on some leash skills. In true puppy mode, Lex wanted to explore and chew everything in sight. That said, she responded really well to the "Touch" command and seemed to want to go for a short dash when we ran in front of her. Tammy and I both agree she is a great running dog in the making. We found some interesting sights during our outing including a dinosaur skeleton with an Easter basket. I think she got some good exercise during this brief outing as evidenced by the top photo. As I stated above, cuteness overload! The scoop: 1 poo and 1 pee.
