Before I could take Kona out for her walk, there was a bit of clean-up to do (I guess Mother Nature could not wait). While I did this, I let all three dogs out in the backyard. Kona and I did our usual loop. We went down past the Academy School, down towards Sobey's, down the hill, then headed towards the Catholic school, and finally up the hill to home, Kona ran well. She stopped now and then to have a sniff and say hello to some barking dogs. Winter was her usual energetic self. She too sniffed her way through her run/walk. Winter had a loose poo and two pees. Kona had 1 poo and 1 pee. Despite this hot one, we had great fun!

Kona, didn’t seem to want to run at first, but soon picked up her pace. We went down towards the Firehall then turned North. It was a lovely day to take it a little easier. Kona seemed very much interested in every passing dog again, and tried to make it her business to find out whose bark belonged to which dog. We returned home to let Ruby out into the backyard. Kona loves being in the yard, Ruby, as always, was sceptical, I had to carry her out into the back, and Winter just couldn’t contain herself for her walk. Winter and I went down towards the park. She is so full of energy I sometimes struggle to keep up. We were having so much fun, I forgot to take a photo of her. Ruby and Winter did one pee each. That's all.

Kona, as always, was excited to see me today. We did a loop and we ran down past the Academy School, where the children all shouted hello to Kona. We then ran past Sobey's, down the hill, across to the school, and back up the hill towards home. Today, Kona was interested in every dog we passed. We went home to let Ruby and Winter out in the back garden, then it was Winter's turn for her walk. We went back to explore the Bridlewood Estates, Winter was very keen to get going for her walk. Winter had a pee and a poo, Kona had nothing, and Ruby had one pee.

Today, I only got to walk Winter as Kona had gone to work with mom. I was asked to take Winter for 40 minutes. Winter, as usual, is always super happy to see me. For such a little dog, she can sure run fast. We headed off down towards the wetlands, and back up past the school, and through the alleyway and back streets. Winter is so nosey and wants to see what is going on all around her the whole time. When she spied a bird, she would not keep her eyes off it. While out, Winter had 1 pee.

It was a glorious day! Today's run with Kona took us on a loop of Bridlewood. We went up past the Glenmore Christian Academy School, turned left past Sobey's and down 162nd. Kona was on full form smelling the weeds, grass, and dandelions along the way. I came back and let all three dogs out in the backyard, for Ruby to do her business, while I cleaned up the poo from inside the house. Winter was next. We went up around Bridlewood Estates. Winter kept an eye on the birds flying by. The Scoop: Kona and Winter had 1 pee. Ruby had 1 pee and a poo.

It was another amazing day for a run in the sun. I love the smell of the cherry blossom and lilac tress and now they are all out in full bloom, Kona was in full spirts as we ran down to the wetlands and then up past the school. The schoolchildren were playing outside and she loved to run by with her head held high. I went back to let Ruby out into the backyard and of course, Winter and Kona had to follow, Winter was super excited to go out for her walk. Winter and I went back to Bridlewood Estates and I tried to get a photo of her with the cherry blossom tress, but she wasn’t interested. She had her eye on a bird she had spotted. When I got to the house there were two poos which I cleaned up. While out, Winter did a pee. Kona had o business to report. Please note: Kona was bleeding from her paw. It was the same paw she had hurt earlier. When I went to take a look the bleeding had stopped and I wiped the floors.

The sun has been a long time coming, and today was a gorgeous day for a run down past the Fire Hall and into Evergreen, Kona ran well and seemed to love been out in the warm sun. She has lots of admirers. Nearly everyone we passed, commented on her beauty. Winter and I went in to Bridlewood Estates where she found a butterfly to chase. Back at the house all three dogs ran in the backyard. Ruby and Winter did a poo and a pee. Kona had no business to report.

It was lovely to spend some time this afternoon with these lovely ladies! Kona and I set out at lightning speed, I'm not sure if she or I decided the pace but we both kept up with each other. After a few kilometres, however, we relaxed quite a bit. Kona is such an amazing run partner, if it weren't for the jingle of her ID tags I would have thought she was my shadow! I would feel her tug occasionally as we passed a school or a dog, but she listened and followed so well! We walked with Winter who had SO much energy and excitement. She just wanted to run around and play. Poor Kona was always getting jumped on, but by the time I left them they were happy playing together. Neither dogs seemed deterred by the soggy weather, and both were super easy to get clean after. The scoop, Kona had no bathroom breaks, Winter had 2 pees outside and left a couple surprises on the carpet for me to find Oops! #puppies.

Today, we ventured to the firehall and back. It was much colder than it looked, but there were quite a few people out and about in their gardens and walking, with it been a holiday. There were lots of people to see and say hello to, Kona wanted to say hello to everyone she passed, and everyone was happy to see her. She definitely loved the attention. Winter was next and we explored the housing estate and cul-de-sacs. She also loved seeing all the people out and wanted to say hello to everyone. She even wanted to go and say hi to two big dogs in their back gardens. Kona had 1 pee. Winter had 1 pee, 1 poo. Ruby had 1 pee, 1 poo.

It was a lovely day again today, so we headed down to the wetlands. On our way, we saw a group of kids having a picnic. They were sitting on the grass as we ran by. Kona was very intrigued and I'm sure she wanted to join them. It took some persuading Kona to get going again. I went back for Winter and we went back up to Bridle Estates. Winter is fast and always wanting to know what is going on. She gets distracted by noise. I let Ruby out for a pee. Kona had 1 pee. Winter had 1 pee and 1 poo.

All three dogs were happy to see me today. It was a lovely surprise when I opened the door to find all three dogs happy and wagging their tails to greet me. Today was a lovely day to go and check out the firehall, Kona was in full form. We went past the school where the kids were playing outside, Kona loved the attention as the kids came running to the fence as we ran by. We carried on towards the firehall and then made our way back. She loves sniffing her way around. Winter was next and we decided to explored Bridle Estates. Again, Winter was happy to be out in the sunshine. Then, we went back to let Ruby out. Winter did a poo and a pee, Ruby just did a pee.

Today was a beautiful cool day for Kona & Katt (me)! We strolled to the pond to chat with the geese, smell the beautiful spring flowers and enjoy the neighbourhood. Kona was in the mood for a game of tag football - she had no issues tackling me, even though she was leashed to me!🤣. We had a nice day today, although Kona had no bathroom breaks at all.

There were painters at Kona and Winter’s house today so both dogs were already outside in the back garden when I arrived. They seemed super excited to see me today, I took Kona back to the wetlands. It was a slower walk today and I think it was because she had been running around in her back garden, and burnt off some energy. She was happy to sniff the grass and nearly every lamppost. We got back and Winter was happy to see her sister. Off we went to the park and baseball diamond. I am not sure where Winter gets her energy from; she is so full of beans. She spied a squirrel and wanted to chase it. I am not sure what she would have done had she caught it. Only Winter did her business and she had one pee.

It was a little chilly this morning and clouds were looming – this time the rain missed us. Kona was super happy to see me at lunch time today. We made our way down to the wetlands; sniffing our way down there. We saw a robin on our way. Kona was intrigued with the ducks on the water, I am sure she wanted to go for a swim with them. Once we got back home. Ruby was happy to see us and wanted to be let out. Then it was Winter’s turn to explore. We went up the road towards Bridlewood Estates and had a stroll around the park, Winter wanted to see everything and inspect everything. All three dogs (including Ruby) had a pee and poo.

Today I made the acquaintance of Winter and Kona. At first, Kona was a little unsure, so I decided to take Winter out first. She was eager and ready to go. For someone with little legs, she sure can move. She was keen to show me around her neighbourhood. We headed towards the park and through the alley. Winter was sniffing and running the entire time. I went back for Kona who was now keen to get out and stretch her legs. I think she just needed her little sister Winter to show her how much fun it was. We headed slowly towards Bridlewood Estates as Kona has a slight limp so it was best to take it easy today. Some people out and about complimented on her beauty and rightly so. Both dogs did a pee and poo. I am looking forward to getting to know these two pups on future outings.
