![]() DISTANCE: 6.15 km DURATION: 1 hour 2 minutes Wow, Bella you really showed me around town today! Thank you for such a lovely day💕. Ever wonder when you might need to slow down or take a break? Well, Bella let me know by dropping flat out in the grass or rolling around in it! Too funny, I never had to guess what Bella wanted to do. The baby geese crossing was a funny experience too as Bella wanted to join the line but momma wasn’t interested in Bella’s plan!🐶🤣. I’m looking forward to our next date Bella! The Scoop: 2 poops and lots of pee breaks! Runner: Kathleen

![]() DISTANCE: 6.42 km DURATION: 1 hour 1 minute Bella is such a beautiful girl and a courteous runner. She likes to make sure I’m having as much fun running as she is! We made our rounds around Prince's Island Park. Bella seized the opportunity to just lay flat out in the grass while enjoying watching the geese playing in the water! The pathway and parks were all filled with other four-legged friends. Bella was thrilled to say hi! The Scoop: 1 poop, lots of pee breaks. Runner: Kathleen ![]() DISTANCE: 8.46 km DURATION: 59 minutes Today was my first day out with Bella! And even though she was a little hesitant to start, once we started running she was very into it. We did an okay distance although we did a lot of stopping by the river because it was such a beautiful and hot morning out. Bella nearly three dragged me in a couple times but it was good to see she was so excited about taking a dip and we stopped as often as we could. However, when Bella gets going, she doesn't notice anything except for the occasional sniff and even then it’s a quick stop and then we’re motoring down the street again; chasing the occasional squirrel or goose. It was lovely being out with this sweet girl on such a nice day! The Scoop: 1 poop, several pees. Runner: Sarah ![]() DISTANCE: 10.05 km DURATION: 53 minutes Although she was a little nervous at the start, Bella quickly found her pace with me. Bella is a really fast dog; there were a few times where out of the blue, she would pick up the pace ten-fold and drag me along. I believe our fastest kilometre was just below 4:30 pace. Anyways, it was great fun to go for a nice run by the river on a nice day. Cheers. The Scoop: 1 poo, 3 pees. Runner: Noah ![]() DISTANCE: 10.45 km DURATION: 1 hour 7 minutes It was nice to meet you, Bella! We had an amazing first run together; going at top speed all the way. She may look small, but she is strong and just the sweetest. A new neighbourhood meant new adventures to be had. So, to get our bearings, we ran to the Memorial Stairs and did a couple of laps on those - she crushed it! Also being the long weekend, there were tons of dogs and other pets out and about, but Bella was so focused on her workout that she wasn't fazed one bit. She is also an amazing listener... whenever we were at a crosswalk and was told to "sit", Bella did so without any hesitation. She earned a lot of treats for being so good. I hope we will have another chance to run together very soon. Enjoy the rest of your long weekend, B! The Scoop: 1 poo, 4 pees. Runner: Lucia ![]() DISTANCE: 6.76 km DURATION: 53 minutes Bella was happy and ready for her run today. She was already dressed and at the door eagerly awaiting. Although it might be a dreary day and most might want to just curl up indoors, Bella and I were excited to be outdoors jumping in puddles, sticking our tongues out to catch the raindrops, and of course, having the pathways to ourselves. What a great day! I tried so hard to keep Bella’s beautiful white coat clean and bright - I failed miserably🐶😭🤣. Bella ran beside me or just in front for the majority of our time together with the odd burst of mad dash energy; Bella knows where home is and was not stopping til we got there by the tail end of our run! Enjoy your weekend Sweet Bella😘 The Scoop: 1 poop, several pee breaks. Runner: Kathleen ![]() DISTANCE: 6.50 km DURATION: 1 hour 3 minutes It was such a pleasure meeting Bella today and having the opportunity to run with her and get to know this beautiful Dalmatian! She is beautiful, strong, and a fast runner who loves water (as I found out today)! Bella and I went down to Prince's Island Park where she decided she’d love a swim and wanted me to join her 😀! Bella is full of wonderful energy and loves being outdoors; including chasing the odd squirrel or rabbit if they’re in the way! 😂. The Scoop: 3 poops, lots of pee breaks. Runner: Kathleen |
